Property Litigation Associate

We are working with a well-regarded London law firm looking to appoint a 4–6 PQE Property Litigation Associate into its established disputes team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and close exposure to experienced Partners within a supportive and collegiate environment. The role offers a broad caseload, strong client contact, and the chance to play a visible part in the continued growth of the practice.The Role:You will manage a varied caseload spanning both commercial and residential property disputes, with work including:Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)Lease renewals and related statutory mattersDilapidations and service charge disputesPossession and forfeiture proceedingsProperty-related insolvency and lender-side mattersBoundary disputes, rights of way, and restrictive covenant issuesBreach of covenant and contractual disputesProfessional negligence claims arising from property mattersYou will take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, managing evidence, liaising with counsel, and attending hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions.The role also involves regular direct client contact, advising on strategy, and building long-term relationships.
