Macstaff is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer – Highways Design to lead major highways and civil infrastructure projects from feasibility through detail design, approvals and delivery in Cardiff or Bristol.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage programmes and budgets, and apply UK design standards while building strong client relationships; a Chartered Engineer or progress toward chartership is advantageous.
