Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Day Rate: £250/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Location: Hybrid (London / Newbury)

Contract Length: 6 months (extendable)

Salesforce Administrator - Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous optimisation of the Salesforce platform to support business objectives.
• Manage Salesforce releases, including impact assessment, risk mitigation, and user enablement.
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions using advanced Salesforce Flow techniques and best practices.
• Provide expert-level support and act as an escalation point for critical platform issues, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Develop and govern reporting, dashboards, and documentation to enable data-driven decision-making and support DevOps processes.

Salesforce Administrator - Required Experience

• Less than 5 years' hands-on Salesforce administration experience within an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and declarative automation (especially advanced Flow design).
• Experience with integrations, APIs, connected apps, and CI/CD or release management frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in Agile environments. xwzovoh
• Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred), with excellent communication skills.
