Post Title: Area Cook 3 Location: Dornoch Academy Permanent To travel to various locations assisting in the day-to-day operational requirements of the Service. To organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of a multi-choice traditional or cash-cafeteria catering service including the provision of welfare meals. This will encompass direct control over production, ordering provisions, cash collection and banking of Highland Council Monies.
