Are you a Senior Civil Engineer with UK experience, looking to join a respected consultancy offering the autonomy to lead significant projects, develop your technical expertise and progress into Principal or Associate positions?

In this role, you will oversee civil engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. The portfolio spans major infrastructure developments valued at up to £150 million, rail and transport schemes, historic building restorations and high-rise developments. You will develop and review designs, drawings and calculations, coordinate project delivery and work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, with occasional visits to client sites.

This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer seeking technical ownership, a varied project portfolio and a clear pathway towards Principal or Associate level, supported by ongoing specialist training and fully funded chartership.

The Role:

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Guide junior engineers and coordinate technical delivery
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, with occasional site visits
• 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours and hybrid working
