We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Partnerships Tax Senior Manager to join our client - a growing and highly regarded tax team within a leading professional services firm. The Role

As a Partnerships Tax Senior Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of partnership clients, including professional practices, investment structures, and privately owned businesses. You’ll be a key contact for clients, providing clear, practical, and commercially focused tax advice while working closely with senior leaders across the firm.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting the growth of the partnerships offering, identifying opportunities to enhance services and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
• Provide technical support on partnership tax matters and complex structures
• Support business development activities and contribute to growth initiatives
• Coach and develop junior team members, supporting their progression
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up client solutions

• Strong experience in partnership tax, ideally within a professional services environment
• Solid technical knowledge with the ability to apply it in a practical, client-focused way
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised xwzovoh and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A supportive and collaborative approach to team development
