The business is undergoing significant finance transformation, modernising its systems, data infrastructure, and reporting capabilities. Data-driven insight sits at the heart of their strategy, with growing investment in analytics and automation.

The Role:

• Lead the design, development, and ownership of Power BI dashboards for key finance KPIs
• Build and maintain robust data models using DAX and Power Query
• Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple finance and operational systems
• Own core reporting processes, including monthly, ad hoc, and bi-annual reporting cycles
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Act as the Power BI subject matter expert within the Group Finance function
• Support ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including new systems and data platforms

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong commercial experience using Power BI for financial reporting and analytics
• Advanced capability in DAX and Power Query
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data sources
• Solid understanding of core financial statements and metrics
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving systems and processes
