Asbestos Surveyor Up to £36,000 + Benefits Edinburgh, Scotland An established asbestos consultancy in Scotland is expanding across the Central Belt and due to a growing workload, is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based locally in Edinburgh or in the surrounding areas. What’s on offer: * Salary up to £36,000 (flexible depending on experience) * Company bonus scheme * Company vehicle (car or van) and fuel card * 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more * Ongoing training and development, including support with further qualifications * Stable, growing business with a strong pipeline of work As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will: * Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys * Produce clear and accurate survey reports * Work across a mix of residential, commercial and industrial sites * Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and company standards * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams What they’re looking for: * BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification in Asbestos Surveying with a minimum of 12 months field experience * Full UK driving licence * Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos software * Good IT skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and a professional approach Interested?
