Construction Litigation Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Construction Litigation practice of a leading international law firm in London.

You'll advise developers, contractors, employers, investors and other major clients on a broad range of complex construction and engineering disputes, working closely with partners on high-value litigation, adjudications, arbitrations and other contentious matters arising from major projects.

Requirements

- 5–8 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

- Experience advising on construction and engineering disputes, including litigation, adjudication, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.

- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

- Experience managing matters and working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

- Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
