Workshop Operative * £12.71 per hour * Day time role * Established Manufacturer * Good Progression Opportunities We are working with an established manufacturer in Littleborough who are looking for a Workshop Operative The Job * Accurately assembling door frames and door sets according to technical drawings and * specifications. * Inspecting finished products for accuracy, compliance with standards (e.g., fire safety), and overall * quality. * Preparing finished doors for storage or dispatch, which may involve wrapping Scanned all packed orders prior to shipping and shipped them on time. * Compared and matched all product numbers and order descriptions efficiently. About you * Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance * Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. * Experience with power tools including drills, saws, or grinders is advantageous * Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Good customer service skills – ability to deal with customers in a professional manner * Team player with a can-do flexible attitude * Confidence to work on your own using your initiative to get jobs done If you are interested in finding out more about this role and can commute to Littleborough please get in contact with James @ TRF
