Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role within the UK & EU Marketing and Innovation team, supporting the development and execution of brand and category strategies.

Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional organization and bringing products to life from idea through to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Assist in the development and delivery of marketing activities from concept through to launch and evaluation
• Analyse customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Support brand strategy, campaign planning, and performance tracking
• Track budgets and support effective spend allocation across marketing activities
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns across all teams

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience (FMCG desirable)
• Strong interest in generalist marketing - ambitious and eager to learn
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights
• Able to support marketing strategies and translate them into effective campaigns
• Strong collaborative working skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, xwzovoh dynamic and high-energy environment
• Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
