They’re now looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to support the growth of their organic social presence and help shape the next phase of their digital storytelling.

The Role

This is a hands-on, creative position where you’ll lead the brand’s social media strategy while staying closely connected to trends, content, and community.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram & TikTok focus)
• Planning and managing a content calendar aligned to campaigns and launches
• Creating, briefing, and overseeing engaging, on-brand content
• Identifying and responding to trends in beauty, wellness, and social media
• Engaging with the online community to build brand loyalty and advocacy
• Analysing performance and optimising content based on insights

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• At least 12 months' experience in a social media role
• A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding
• Confidence using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector
