About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Staff who will work closely with senior management, providing reliable administrative support to help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

The role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing and managing documentation, organising diaries and schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with coordination across teams. The position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accuracy in administrative processes, and effectively support senior management within a structured and fast-paced office environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and leadership teams
  • Handle paperwork, documentation, and form completion accurately
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and diary coordination
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails and correspondence
  • Assist in preparation and completion of partnership documentation
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and document preparation using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, maintaining professionalism when dealing with senior management matters and internal communications
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Support a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks as required
  • Coordinate and communication with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support additional administrative tasks as required by the management



Required Qualifications and Personnel Specifications

Essential:

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn by doing
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Desirable:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
