About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and manage high-value kitchen projects from concept through to completion, delivering exceptional designs that exceed client expectations while driving strong sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present advanced kitchen designs tailored to client briefs Generate and convert sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets Manage the full design, planning, and installation process, including on-site surveys Oversee projects from initial consultation through to final completion Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client journey Requirements / Skills: Minimum 3 years’ kitchen design experience Experience working with German kitchen brands Proficient in CAD software (Winner preferred) Proven ability to manage projects from sale through to completion Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets High attention to detail and professional presentation Ability to provide examples of previous design work Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What’s on Offer: Competitive basic salary: DOE Opportunity to work with a leading luxury kitchen retailer How to Apply This position is being handled by Simon Acres Group LTD To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to (url removed) or contact Wendie Brown on (phone number removed).
