We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager who will be at the heart of our missionleading a skilled team, ensuring regulatory excellence, and championing the wellbeing of every child in our care.

Key Responsibilities: What Were Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve) Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion Location: Darlaston Salary: £47,500
