Position: Fleet Services Technician Location: London Hours: 38 hours per week Schedule: Night Shift Wrightbus is a fast-paced, high-growth company at the forefront of zero-emission transport solutions.
Were looking for skilled and motivated Fleet Services Technican to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond.
This is a customer-facing role where youll be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service.
What Youll Do As a Fleet Services Technician, youll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally.
Youll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.
Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
Promoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required.
Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.
What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis. xwzovoh
