What’s on offer to the Commercial Accountant 30 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off Generous pension (9.5%) and life assurance (3x salary) Flexible and agile working options Many company discounts available Free parking Plus much more The role of the Commercial Accountant Provide clear, insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions Partner with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitability Lead monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgeting processes Deliver meaningful variance analysis and KPI reporting Support commercial decision-making on contracts, pricing, and business plans Identify and implement process and system improvements Collaborate across finance and wider teams to drive efficiency and understanding Contribute to long-term planning, including 5-year forecasts and scenario modelling The ideal candidate for the Commercial Accountant CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified accountant or strong QBE Experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within construction or contract-based environments Strong understanding of management accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Advanced Excel and strong systems skills To Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for Benjamin Edwards LTD, please do not hesitate to apply
