The role will cover multiple locations, primarily within Hampshire and surrounding counties. As Regional Depot Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading team recruitment, retention, development and training initiatives Managing operations across all sites through strong engagement and effective communication with both staff and customers Driving productivity through data analysis and informed decision-making to minimise inefficiencies and underperformance Overseeing freight budget management, using performance data to meet KPIs and support business growth Ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting internal audits, overseeing maintenance programmes and upholding product quality standards Candidates wishing to be considered should meet the following requirements: Hold a current Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations - essential Experience with modern vehicle technologies - essential Demonstrable experience in managing transport operations and dangerous goods operations - essential Strong organisational and planning skills with proven ability to deliver - essential High level of computer literacy and data analysis skills - essential Ability to demonstrate strong, influential communication skills - essential Upon your appointment to the role of Regional Depot Manager, you will receive competitive salary and benefits aligned to the level of the role
