Support Worker

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Days and Nights Available! Responsibilities * Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. * Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. * Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff. * Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met. * Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home environment.
