Silloth | Monday – Friday | £13.00ph (rising to £14.50) | Temp to Perm We’re recruiting for a Forklift Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Silloth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, structured training, and clear pay progression. You’ll be joining a supportive team within a busy, fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are a real priority. The Role Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Standard) 6:00am – 6:00pm (Spring/Summer) Pay: £13.00ph, rising to £14.50 after training Contract: Temp to PermWhat you’ll be doing As a Forklift Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the flow of goods across site.
