Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Progressive Independent) Location: Kent (West Kent area) Salary: £26,000–£30,000 basic (DOE) + commission | OTE c.£35,000+ Are you already working in estate agency and ready for a move where your effort actually gets recognised? Why this role stands out Independent business with a strong local reputation Quality over volume approach – not a “numbers factory” Clear progression opportunities as the department grows Supportive, close-knit team environment Only 1 in 3 Saturdays (with time back) Real opportunity to influence and add value The role This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role where you’ll be trusted to manage the full process: Registering buyers and generating new business opportunities Conducting viewings and negotiating offers Progressing sales through to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships Keeping accurate records and managing pipelines effectively Working closely with solicitors, brokers and other stakeholders You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, improve processes and contribute to the wider success of the business — not just “do the job.” What we’re looking for This role is ONLY suited to candidates with estate agency experience.
