Revenue Operations & Account Outreach Lead (6-Month FTC) Location: UK (Hybrid / Remote with travel as required) Salary: £60,000 pro rata Reporting to: CEO Role Purpose TUAL is scaling its commercial engagement with large UK fleet operators and requires a hands-on operator to run its outreach programme.

This role is focused on execution building target datasets, setting up outbound activity, and generating qualified meetings.
It combines Revenue Operations and outbound delivery , with responsibility for CRM, structured outreach, and consistent account engagement.
Key Responsibilities Outbound & Account Engagement Build and maintain target account and contact datasets Run structured, email-led outreach campaigns Manage outreach cadence and follow-up Identify additional stakeholders within accounts Drive consistent daily outreach activity Meeting Generation Convert outbound and inbound activity into qualified meetings Schedule meetings and prepare briefing notes for the CEO Maintain a steady flow of early-stage conversations CRM & Revenue Operations Own and manage the CRM (e.g.
HubSpot, Salesforce) Maintain accurate account and contact data Build and manage outreach sequences and workflows Track activity, engagement, and pipeline metrics Account Coverage & Insight Ensure all target accounts are actively engaged Track engagement status and progression Capture insights (e.g.
electrification plans, objections, trends) Feed back into messaging and targeting Working Model The role operates in close partnership with the CEO: This role: outreach, CRM, meeting generation, pipeline build CEO: meetings, opportunity development, deal close Success Measures Number of qualified meetings generated Consistency of outreach activity Coverage of target accounts CRM data quality and reporting accuracy Candidate Profile Experience running CRM-led outreach programmes xwzovoh Hands-on experience building target datasets and outbound sequences Track record of high-volume outreach and meeting generation Strong organisation and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a small team Personal Attributes Process-driven and disciplined Comfortable with repetitive, execution-heavy work Practical and reliable Focused on output and delivery Comfortable working directly with a founder About TUAL TUAL develops high-power charging infrastructure for commercial fleets operating in grid-constrained environments and is now entering a commercial scale-up phase.
