About the role

Contracts Manager required. Exciting Opportunity! * Contract Renewals: * Review current contract renewals and provide clients with renewals well in advance of when they fall due. * Networking & market research to find and qualify potential clients. * Understand client requirements to life cycle assets * Pitch additional services in line with our approved scope of service (PPM, QW and PW), and seek opportunities on other sites / buildings that the client may own / manage * Survey, design, prepare scope / quote documents and costings as necessary * Deliver works to the required industry standard once quotes have been approved * Sign off and handover all works to the client inline with business process’ * Build & Maintain Client Relationships: * Cultivate relationships with facility managers, developers, main contractors, equipment distributors and the like. * Strategy & Market Planning: * Develop strategic sales and growth plans tailored to regional or sector-specific markets. * Sales Presentations, Proposals & Negotiation: * Prepare and deliver technical / product presentations / proposals * lead contract negotiations. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with internal teams such as the operational service desk, management, technical / contract managers to align strategies, and accounts team. * Performance Monitoring & Reporting: * Track sales activities & provide monthly forecasting – bid values, conversion ratios, margins, etc. * Market & Competitor Analysis: * Research markets and monitor competitors to improve our market position
