Reporting to the Head of Governance and Company Secretary, you will support the delivery of strong governance and regulatory assurance across the organisation.

This role will help ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, legal obligations, and best practice, while supporting the organisation to achieve strong regulatory outcomes.

You will support the governance and compliance function, promoting a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will oversee internal audit activity, governance frameworks, statutory and regulatory registers, and policy review arrangements, ensuring alignment with the Regulator of Social Housing and the NHF Code of Governance.

The role includesprovidingexpert advice on emerging compliance and regulatory matters, acting as Assistant Company Secretary, supporting Board and Committee activity, and championing effective risk management and value for money across the business.
