Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Service Designer with strong GDS experience to support the design and delivery of user‑centred digital services.

About the role

Lead and support end‑to‑end service design activities across discovery, alpha and delivery phases
Work to the GOV.UK Service Standard and apply user‑centred design principles
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product, technology, research and policy

Required experience xwzovoh

Proven experience as a Service Designer in GDS environments
Strong understanding of service blueprints, user journeys, and evidence‑based design
Confident engaging stakeholders and working in Agile delivery teams
