Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full/Part Time Stokenchurch – ASAP Start Pay: £110–£130 per day Ready to take the next step in your education career and make a real impact in the classroom? Supply Desk is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stokenchurch who are seeking a confident and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. About the Role As a HLTA, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders to support teaching and learning across the school. You will have opportunities to lead lessons, support interventions, and provide high-quality support to pupils, including those with additional needs. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence Supporting whole-class, small group, and 1:1 learning Delivering targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment Supporting pupils with SEN, ASD, ADHD, and additional needs Assisting with planning, assessment, and feedback Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Building strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff Who This Role Suits We’re looking for a motivated, proactive, and confident HLTA who is passionate about helping children succeed.
