- Start ASAP About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established team in the Manchester area on a temp to perm basis.

The role will involve working across social housing properties, carrying out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance duties.

A van and fuel card will be provided for the successful candidate upon starting the role.

Key Responsibilities: Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties General multi skilled maintenance tasks as required Working in both occupied and void properties Diagnosing faults and completing work to a high standard Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Valid CSCS card Asbestos Awareness certificate Proven experience in a similar role (social housing preferred) Full UK Driving Licence Clean shaven (PPE requirement) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Available for an immediate start Apply: If you're interested, please call Lucy on Building Careers UK are specialists in Construction & Property recruitment.
