PRS are proud to be partnering with one of Londons most exciting new restaurant openings, led by an award-winning Head Chef already recognised as one of the countrys most talented young culinary names.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and grounded Sous Chef to join from the very beginning and help shape a restaurant destined for serious industry recognition.
The concept is a small-cover, casual dining restaurant delivering Michelin-level cuisine in a relaxed, family-style setting. The menu celebrates exceptional British produce, heavily influenced by the chefs heritage and personal style.
With a small, highly skilled kitchen brigade and a 4.5-day operation, this role offers the chance to work closely with a genuinely exceptional chef in an environment focused on creativity, precision and team culture.
Whats on Offer
£45,000+ depending on experience
Newly opened, high-profile restaurant
Work directly under an award-winning Head Chef
Michelin-standard cooking in a relaxed dining environment
Small plates / family-style concept
4.5-day operation
4852 hours per week
Small, passionate kitchen team
Genuine opportunity to grow with a restaurant expected to achieve major accolades
Immediate start preferred
Experienced Junior Sous chefs will be considered
The Ideal Sous Chef
The Head Chef is looking for someone who is:
Highly experienced on the sauce section
Strong and confident across meat and fish sections
Skilled in protein cookery
Calm, organised and confident in training junior chefs
Comfortable managing food safety and kitchen administration responsibilities
Professional, hardworking and team-focused
Low ego with an excellent attitude and personality
Excited by the challenge of building something special from day one
