This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced team supporting international ferry bookings and sales operations based near Dover. You'll be part of a close-knit team of six, playing a key role in assisting customers, managing ferry reservations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organised environment, and wants to use their language skills in a practical and rewarding way. ✨ The Role Handling ferry booking enquiries from English and German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat Providing knowledgeable sales support, advising on routes, schedules, and pricing Processing job charges and accurately passing information to the administration team Assisting with booking amendments and cancellations in line with company policies Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable travel options, including upselling services where appropriate Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards Working closely with finance and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Consistently delivering outstanding customer service in both German and English✅ What We're Looking For Fluent German (essential) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment🎁 What's On Offer Company pension Free parking and on-site parking 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Office-based role near Dover🕒 Working Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (three weeks out of four) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (one week out of four) One Saturday morning in 6 (9:00am-12:00pm) One UK Bank Holiday morning (9:00am-12:00pm) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales support, and working with international clients in a supportive and professional environment.
