Superior Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Community Healthcare Support Workers to support paediatric clients across Mid and West Kent .

This is a rewarding night-shift role working with children who have complex clinical needs within their family homes.

The Role You will be supporting paediatric clients living with a range of complex healthcare needs, including: Tracheostomy care Ventilation support Seizure management Your role will focus on ensuring each child is safe, comfortable, and supported to live a fulfilled and happy life while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

About the Clients Location: Mid and West Kent Age: Children Living with: Parents and siblings Personality & Interests: Our clients are active, bubbly, and inquisitive , with interests including: Cars and dinosaurs Animals and pets Outdoor activities, such as feeding chickens What We're Looking For Female applicants only (this is a genuine occupational requirement based on client preferences) A energetic personality and strong initiative Clear and confident communication skills Ability to work calmly and professionally in the family home environment Essential Experience Hands-on experience with: Tracheostomy care Ventilation support Seizure management xwzovoh Driving Requirement Must be aged 25 or over Full, clean UK driving licence Confident driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle Shifts & Pay Night shifts only 4 shifts on / 4 shifts off rolling rota Hourly rate: £17.25
