Key Responsibilities
Delivery management across BAU and transition activities.
Managing plans, governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Supporting and coordinating various boards and forums.
Driving desired business outcomes while maintaining day-to-day operational delivery.
Working within a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
Candidate Profile
Looking for experienced Delivery Managers who:
Have strong PMO, planning, governance, or communications experience.
May have experience as a Head of PMO
Have transition or transformation delivery experience.
Can quickly understand complex environments and prioritise effectively.
Are comfortable operating with minimal supervision and direction.
Are self-starters who can hit the ground running.
Are personable, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
Hold active SC Clearance .
Have several years' experience operating as a Delivery Manager.
Nice to haves:
Supplier management experience.
Public sector experience.
Home Office experience.
Experience managing competing priorities, including ministerial requests and deadlines.
Working Arrangements
Travel will be required every now and again, particularly for those supporting the transition programme. Its not a deal breaker though if theyre amazing!
