LeviCare is looking for an In-House Trainer to join our team and take ownership of delivering our mandatory training programme, in full compliance with CQC guidelines, alongside Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training at Foundation Level, Edition 3.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, thrives on making a genuine difference to the quality and safety of care, and wants to be part of an organisation that invests in its people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering CQC-mandated training across our healthcare staffing teams — covering areas such as safeguarding, moving and handling, infection control, medicines management, and health & safety.
- Delivering CPI Foundation Level (Edition 3) training, equipping staff with the skills to prevent and safely manage crisis situations.
- Designing engaging, practical training sessions suited to a range of learning styles.
- Keeping training records accurate, up to date, and inspection ready.
- Identifying training needs across the business and helping close any gaps.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering mandatory training within health or social care.
- A current CPI Instructor certification (Foundation Level, Edition 3) — or willingness to obtain this.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- A relevant Train the Trainer qualification.
What You'll Get
- Salary of £26,500 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Standard holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays.
- An extra paid day off for your birthday, on us.
- Performance-related bonus.
- The chance to make a real, visible impact on the quality of care our teams deliver.
