We're looking for 2 x Senior Software Engineers who can combine hands-on development with technical architecture-someone who enjoys building, designing, and leading from the front.

What You'll Do Own solution design across end-to-end D365 F&O projects Build scalable, secure, high-performing customisations Design integration architecture across the Microsoft stack Work on large-scale, forward-thinking digital programmes Mentor developers and help grow team capability Contribute to innovation across AI, cloud, and emerging tech What You Bring Proven D365 F&O / Microsoft ERP implementation experience (3-4 projects) Strong X and solid .NET knowledge Experience with UDE, Git, and D365 frameworks (SysOps, Dimensions, etc.) Integration and ISV solution development experience Agile delivery experience xwzovoh and strong team leadership skills Requirements Eligible for SC Clearance What's On Offer Up to £80,000 salary Hybrid working (1 day/month in office) Flexible working environment High-impact projects with real career progression RSG Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
