Quality Inspector Bridgwater, Somerset (TA6) Shifts Monday to Friday (6am- 2pm / 9am

You will join an established Quality Team and will be responsible for ensuring that final products are complying with the customer specification by carrying out product testing using specific lab equipment and recording results on computer systems.
Carry out quality checks on products coming off production line to ensure they are of the highest quality.
Helping to ensure customer specifications are met and maintained.
To carry out daily/weekly checks on QC equipment Carry out routine quality and colour checks on machines.
Isolate non-conforming bottles and accurately record this.
Ensure that all activities in quality department are carried out in accordance with health and safety and hygiene standards on site.
Ensure that all activities in the quality department are carried out in accordance with ISO standard on site.
Attend the customer and register Customer Complaints To ensure paperwork are filled in correctly To report any fixing requirements to the QC Co-Ordinator or Shift Supervisor Report any health and safety concerns To perform any other duties in connection with the operation of providing good quality product that may from time to time be reasonably required by the QC Co-Ordinator and are consistent with the main purpose of the job Experience Required: Previous role within a Quality / Compliance / Testing position within a manufacturing environment Advantageous not essential as full training is provided Methodical approach and exceptional attention to detail Competent with IT systems Organised and able xwzovoh to communicate results effectively Awareness and knowledge of food safety policies Benefits: Full Training package provided Free uniform and PPE Great rates of pay and overtime opportunities Free parking on site Life assurance from day one Company Pension scheme Our new perk box offering a wealth of benefits such as:
