Horizon Teachers are working with a primary school in Bexley, assisting in their search for a Class Teacher to join on a long-term basis, either immediately or from September.

The role: Full class responsibility within a primary year group Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons Creating a calm, focused and inclusive classroom environment Monitoring progress and using assessment to inform teaching Working collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil achievement What the school offers: Strong and supportive leadership team with a clear vision Well-established behaviour systems that allow learning to come first A collaborative staff culture with shared ideas and resources Genuine opportunities for development and progression Pupils who are engaged, respectful and keen to learn The ideal teacher will: Be confident in managing a classroom and delivering strong outcomes Have high expectations for all pupils Be reflective, reliable and committed to improving practice Work well as part of a team while also taking ownership of their class Why Horizon Teachers: We are currently having our busiest year & placing more teachers & support staff than ever before.
