Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor
Deliver production output against plan, ensuring targets, quality and deadlines are met
Lead, train and manage operatives to maintain performance, discipline and efficiency
Enforce food safety, hygiene and PPE compliance across all production areas
Monitor KPIs including KPMH, waste, and metal detection accuracy
Ensure all records, QA holds and rework processes are completed accurately and in real time
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and factory conditions
What were looking for in a Production Supervisor
Previous experience supervising within food production or manufacturing
A full, UK driving licence (essential)
Strong understanding xwzovoh of food safety, BRC standards and health & safety compliance
Experience managing production output, KPIs and operational performance
Ability to oversee QA processes, documentation and compliance procedures
Experience leading teams on a busy factory floor environment
