We are currently recruiting agency Support Workers to work across a range of complex care settings in the North West region.
Within this role, you will deliver exceptional care through comprehensive services centred on the unique needs of each individual. You will create a supportive, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life, helping people live independently while providing the appropriate level of residential care and support.
About the Role
- Enabling individuals to access a full range of activities
- Contributing to and following person-centred care plans
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Completing key daily documentation accurately
- Administering and recording medication safely
- Supporting individuals with domestic tasks
- Providing a range of support tailored to service users needs
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with service xwzovoh users and their families
- Encouraging independent living skills where possible
Requirements
- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when working alone
