A leading business is currently recruiting for a German Speaking Account Executive.

Paying up to £200,000 OTE (Uncapped) Experience and skills required for the German speaking Account Executive/ Manager Fluent in German (MUST) 5 years in Enterprise Sales or expansion-focused roles (SaaS preferred), with a proven history of hitting upsell and cross-sell quotas in a recurring revenue model.

Strong negotiation experience including legal and procurement involvement Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organisations, from initial discovery to final sign-off.

Good understanding of digital marketing and online growth levers (SEO, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Social, etc.) Demonstrated success in multi-product selling, whitespace mapping, and enterprise account planning Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools is a plus.

Ability to work y in a segmented AM/CS model, partnering closely with Customer Success team Role and responsibilities for the German speaking Account Executive/ Manager Own expansion revenue (upsell cross-sell) across a defined portfolio of enterprise customers Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, account-based strategies, and multi-threaded engagement Identify and activate whitespace by mapping business units, markets, use cases, and product adjacencies Run structured discovery to uncover business pain, quantify impact, and connect insights to measurable outcomes Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including VP/C-level, Procurement, Legal, and cross-functional teams Drive multi-product sales motions xwzovoh across platform, expanding from core use cases into high-ROI solutions Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline, ensuring clean CRM hygiene and high qualification standards Travel regularly across EMEA to meet clients, run executive sessions, and attend industry events Package for the for the German speaking Account Executive/ Manager Paying up to £200,000 OTE (Uncapped) Potential stock options and guaranteed commission for the right person 3 days a week onsite 34 days holiday Private Healthcare More
