We are working in partnership with Phoenix Place to recruit a Level 3 or 5 Teaching Assistant Apprentice with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN) .

What Youll Be Doing As an apprentice, you will: Support pupils with SEN in the classroom and small groups.

Help teachers deliver inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs).

Promote inclusion and a supportive learning environment.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.

Apprenticeship Details Hours: 37.5hrs pw (8.30am-4.00pm) / Term time only
- 39 Weeks Duration: Approximately 18 months with EPA Salary: £8 per hour for the first 12 months (apprentice wage) and National Minimum Wage thereafter.

Training Delivered By Best Practice Network no college attendance required ; all learning completed online.
