Software Engineer

Essential skills will include BEng/BSc and/or master's degree in an appropriate engineering, computer science, information systems or related subject.

Knowledge of Sensor and Communication systems.

Software engineering experience from R&D concept through to the full product development lifecycle Modern software architecture practices Experience of some kind of scientific application/DSP, including algorithm implementation Capability in multiple languages and switching between languages rapidly, e.g.

C++/C#/Python Comfortable with modern agile development practices e.g.

Scrum/Kanban Comfortable with modern software tooling e.g.

Gitlab, Git, VS Code Ideally you will have experience in some of the following: Experience of modern UI design.

Embedded software development (cross-compiling, deployment).

Linux OS and tools, kernel drivers DevOps (Gitlab CI/CD scripting, pipelines, Docker) Team Leadership or Line Management experience Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
