Care Needs Assistant

We are looking for a Care Assistants, working 30.0 hours per week, to support the provision of care by attending to the needs and rights of older individuals within a caring environment. Care duties including medication administration and Care Plans, personal care and activities. Care assistant post on a 6 week rolling rota.  Shifts include both 7.30 - 3.30 and 2 - 10pm and includes some weekend work. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required .
