Psychology Graduate TA Location - Manchester (M18) Pay - £485-£575 per week, depending on experience Start date - 27.04.2026 Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Are you a calm and resilient psychology graduate, looking to pursue a career in education? We are working with a well-established SEN school in Manchester (M18), providing a structured and nurturing environment for young people aged between 11-19 with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs. Psychology Graduate TA Role: Supporting staff in delivering evidence-based interventions to promote emotional regulation Contributing to small-group and 1:1 support sessions Helping to develop strategies to enhance pupil engagement and motivationWhat We're Looking For: A recent Psychology degree or equivalent A genuine interest in child development, educational psychology, or neurodiversity Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)To Be Eligible You Must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply) Be able to provide two professional child-related references Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
