The General Manager Role:
Lead the pre-opening phase of the business ahead of the September launch
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management and team structure
Take full ownership of daily Front of House and Back of House operations
Drive sales performance, profitability, and commercial success
Manage labour, food costs, waste, and overall P&L performance
Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food safety, and employment legislation
Build a positive culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development
Work closely with the senior leadership team on promotions, audits, and business performance reviews
Handle escalated guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and confidence
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality, restaurants, QSR, or high-volume operations
Previous experience opening a new site would be highly advantageous
Strong commercial acumen with experience xwzovoh managing P&L performance
A passionate leader with a track record of building and developing successful teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
Strong understanding of guest experience and operational excellence
