Senior Associate – Leadership Advisory / Assessment

A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Leadership Advisory Solutions Hub , with a focus on executive assessment methodologies . This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative tools and frameworks that support leadership development on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams to develop, refine and standardize cutting-edge leadership assessment methodologies.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to maintain global databases and generate insights.
• Analyze and enhance psychometric tools, ensuring their reliability, validity and usability.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the ongoing evolution of assessment solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive assessment, leadership advisory, or related professional services.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hogan , OPQ , or Sova PQ .
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with proficiency in statistics (e.g., SPSS/SAS).
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about psychometrics.

Desirable Experience

• PhD in Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Experience developing or validating assessment tools.
• Exposure to executive-level client work.
