Warehouse Night Team Leader - Aylesham Contract: Temporary Hours: Night Shift Pay: £16.46 per hour We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Team Leader to support our courier operation in Aylesham. You'll oversee night‑shift staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed accurately and safely. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Lead and support operatives to meet shift targets. Workflow Oversight - Manage parcel intake, scanning, routing, and loading. Health & Safety - Ensure compliance with all safety procedures. Quality Standards - Maintain accuracy and parcel integrity. Shift Reporting - Complete handovers and escalate operational issues. Requirements Background in warehouse, logistics, or courier operations Proven team leader or supervisory experience Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment Comfortable with manual handling and basic IT systems
