We are expanding our team toproduce system-level simulation and analysis tools, which will help model and understand complex systems, assess their performance, verify andvalidaterequirements, and help scope hardware and software implementation.You will take ownership of the architecture, definition, creation, and use of high-levelsystem representations to guide the development teams in their detailed design activities.This will be a pivotal role in a national defence capability programme, working closely with the team lead,technical leads, and the project Design Authority to ensure designs areable to deliver the required performance.The models will involveaspects of physics, RF,kinematics,mathematics, optimisation,networking, anddataanalysis, so a broad ability and willingness tolearn and apply scientificprincipalsis crucial.
Led by ourPrincipal Solution Architect, the team is based at our modern Lincoln HQ on Teal Park, typically spending three days in the office and two from home giving you the best of both worlds: collaboration and flexibility.

Essentialexperience Coding experience (MATLAB/Simulink) Broad understanding acrossphysics,engineering,mathematics, and data Experience in integratingheterogeneousmodels acrossdifferent engineering disciplines Test and acceptance of integrated systems Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle Desirable experience Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems Systems Engineering RequirementsEngineering System Design& Architecture Our non-negotiables: Due to the highly secure nature of the projects that you will be involved with, you?must?be : A UK National and eligible to work in the UK Eligible to obtain andmaintaina UK Government?SC-level?security clearance Make an Impact at MASS Joina talented, diverse team of engineers while getting hands-on withcutting-edgeresearch, innovation, and systems development.
