What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work
- Advising clients with empathy and clarity through sensitive and often complex situations
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation and representation where required
- Drafting legal documents and agreements with precision and care
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting business development and contributing to the team’s continued growth
- Collaborating with colleagues within a supportive and high-performing environment
About you:
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in family law
- Strong experience across a range of family matters
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and professional approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in family law
