Site Manager – Roofing Location: South Devon / Exeter (Projects across the region) Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent We are working with a well-established contractor specialising in property services, maintenance, and refurbishment across the South West. Known for their high-quality delivery and long-term client relationships, they are a trusted partner in the social housing sector. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to lead roofing upgrade projects across social housing properties in South Devon and Exeter. You will oversee works on both void and occupied properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and expertise in roofing and refurbishment works.
