Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care Location: Derby Area Salary: £29,620 – £35,320 (DOE) + sleep-ins + bonuses Contract: Full-time, Permanent We’re working with a newly established children’s care provider to recruit Residential Support Workers for a home in the Derby area. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, working closely with the wider team to provide consistent and high-quality care. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting young people in all aspects of their daily lives and development * Promoting emotional wellbeing, safety and independence * Contributing to care planning and risk assessments * Maintaining a safe, clean and structured home environment * Acting as a positive role model and building trusting relationships * Ensuring all safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met * Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals * Supporting the home to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable and committed to making a difference.
