Based on Phoenix Park near Nottingham, we are looking for Site Supervisors to join our team to oversee the installation of energy efficiency measures under our Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) projects across the Midlands.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations of domestic retrofit projects ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with the Site Manager to supervise and coordinate on-site activities with installation teams
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, timelines and health and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality workmanship
• Perform pre, mid and post installation safety and quality inspections, maintaining accurate records
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Act as an effective and pro-active point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and customers

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor (or similar) role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Experience of effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• CSCS card
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Experience in domestic retrofit schemes with an understanding of PAS2030:2023 and PAS2035
• Experience or understanding of energy efficiency measures such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and fabric insulation. xwzovoh

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per year

LOCATION

This role is site based with a expectation to attend office meetings as required. Our sites are generally within a 2-hour radius of our office in NG8 6BA.
